Remote healthcare staffing

A BPO

They rent you a seat.

Someone is assigned. The invoice arrives every month. If they leave, the bench sends another one.

MedStaffed

We find you a person.

You interview the shortlist and you choose. One fee, once. A replacement warranty in writing if it does not work out.

The same five questions, answered two ways.

They assign whoever is available.
You interview and choose the person yourself.
If that person leaves, they are replaced from the provider’s bench.
If they leave within the warranty, a replacement is sourced free.
You pay monthly, ongoing, for as long as the seat is open.
You pay one placement fee for that hire.
Day-to-day direction goes through their supervisor.
You direct the work yourself, with your own team.
When the contract ends, so does your access to the person.
The relationship is yours to continue.

What we know about someone before you do.

This is the work that makes a shortlist worth your time.

Role-matched knowledge test

Written for the specific position — a biller is tested on billing, a scribe on documentation.

English level, stated and heard

Each candidate declares a CEFR level. The voice introduction is where you hear whether it holds up.

Recorded voice introduction

Hear how someone sounds on the phone before you decide to interview them.

Recruiter interview and scorecard

Written up and sent to you with the CV, not summarized second-hand.

How it works

Four things happen. You are involved in two.

01

You tell us the role

You · a conversation

What the work actually is, the hours you need covered, and the software your practice runs on.

02

We source and screen

Us · testing and interviews

Candidates who do not clear the testing and the recruiter interview never reach you.

03

You interview a shortlist

You · the decision

CV, scorecard and voice introduction for each candidate before you spend a minute interviewing. If none are right, we go back out.

04

They start, and the warranty runs

Together · onboarding and cover

Your hire begins with your practice. The warranty clock starts on that date.

Fees

There is no price on this page, and that is deliberate.

The fee depends on how specialized the role is and how long you want to be covered, so we quote it rather than publish a number that would be wrong for almost everyone reading it. Tell us what you need and the quote comes back within one business day, before any work begins.

Every tier includes the full screening and the shortlist. What changes is how long you are covered and how much support surrounds the hire. Essential carries a 60-day replacement warranty. Professional runs six months, identifies a backup candidate, and checks in at 30 days. Assured runs twelve months, prioritizes sourcing, and checks in quarterly through the first year.

A replacement is free

If a placement does not work out inside its warranty window, tell us and the search starts again at no charge.

More than one costs less

Two hires reduce the fee on each by 10%, three or more by 15%.

Two ways to pay

The full fee net-15 after the person starts, or a 25% / 75% split — a quarter about a month in, the balance at six months.

You can extend later

An Essential placement can move up to 6 months and a Professional to 12, without re-running the search.

Roles

Positions we fill.

Most requests are a blend of two. Tell us what the work is and we will scope the role around it rather than around a job title.

  • Virtual medical assistant
  • Virtual receptionist
  • Medical biller & coder
  • Insurance verification
  • Scheduling coordinator
  • Virtual scribe
  • Intake specialist
  • Interpreter
  • Care coordinator
  • Referral coordinator

We do not publish who our clients are.

No practice names, no logos, no locations, no case details — not even initials. A clinic that hires through us does not become marketing material for us.

The only exception is a practice that offers a testimonial and asks to be named. We will not write one ourselves.

When a client offers a testimonial and asks to be named, it will appear here.

Tell us what the work is. We will come back with who can do it.

If you are looking for the work

The same arrangement, from the other side

The people we place are hired by the practice directly. That is the difference this page describes, seen from the end of it that gets the job.
